Shipping

All packages are shipped from Tulum, Mexico. Orders are dispatched within 4 business days unless otherwise stated.

Worldwide shipping is available. If you are a first time client and based internationally, please message me to let me know your country so I can accurately calculate shipping.

Returns

Orders that are unopened and unused can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact me first at wealthyphonseya@onto27.com.

During the pandemic, orders will take longer to arrive than usual, as postal services have been affected. Refunds will not be offered while an order is still in transit. If it is deemed lost by US Postal Service, you have the option of a refund (minus shipping cost) OR replacement(s) of the ordered product(s) if you are willing to cover the shipping fee.

If your order arrived damaged, please email me with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. You will have the option to be issued a partial refund or be sent a replacement if you are willing to cover the shipping fee.

Conditions

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. A refund can be processed once the returned item has been received. 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
